Ready to Ship: All in stock products are ready to ship unless otherwise specified in the description and add to cart button, and will arrive within 5-8 business days of order placement.

Made to Order/Custom: Made to order products will be hand built, painted, and fired upon order placement. Depending on the item, this usually takes around 4-6 weeks. Your order will ship as soon as it comes out of its final firing, and we will keep you updated on when this happens.

We offer shipping throughout the US. The shipping cost is based on the weight of your order and the packaging required to keep it safe throughout the shipping process.

Each order will be shipped with a tracking number that can be used to see when your order will arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please double check your address to ensure you are shipping to the correct place, and that the package will be secure once delivered.

All sales are final; we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time. We are a very small business and hope to be able to accommodate this in the future!

If your piece arrives damaged, or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery using this form, and provide clear photos of the item and the shipping box so we can assist accordingly.

Every Daughter Of piece is hand-built with white porcelain or ceramic stoneware that fires to a warm beige. They are then and hand-painted, stenciled, and glazed with meticulous attention to detail. We aim for everything to feel luxurious and high quality, while still embracing the inherent imperfections of making ceramics by hand. Glaze irregularities and surface textures will naturally occur due to how the underglaze interacts with the clear glaze on top.

If you find beauty in imperfection and art made slowly with intention, then our products are made for you.

We do occasionally offer discounts for first time buyers and free shipping for orders over a certain amount. You can always find out discount information at the top banner of our site, and sign up to be on our mailing list to receive discount codes, early access to new collection drops, and more.

If you want to purchase a sold out item, simply reach out through our Contact form and select "Custom Order Request." In the request, let us know exactly which sold out product you would like.

We cannot guarantee a custom order request can be fulfilled but you will hear back from us within 48 hours with next steps and an estimated timeline.

Please also use the “Notify Me” option for sold out products if you are interested in purchasing something that is currently out of stock (you can find this right on the product page under the description). We use these waitlists to help us determine what products to make more of!

If you are getting an error repeatedly when you try to check out, use the “Contact” form and let us know what you are trying to buy. We will email you an invoice with a pay link (be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the invoice in your inbox).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site (built on Squarespace) automatically collects certain data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site. This is gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies provided by our hosting platform, Squarespace, primarily to understand site traffic and improve the shopping experience.

Information from third parties. If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect the email address you provide. If you make a purchase, our payment processor shares limited transaction details with us (such as confirmation that payment was completed) so we can fulfill your order.

How We Use Your Information

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Daughter Of, our customers, or others.

We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, you can reach out through our contact form and we'll respond to your request.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in those emails

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by reaching out through our contact form
